Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional periods. However, we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery time:
The delivery time is typically at least 5-7 business days from the processing of your order on the product, complexity, your location, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Please note that the delivery time may be extended due to weather-related delays or restrictions imposed by the shipping provider.
Order processing time: 1 to 2 days (Monday to Sunday)
Production of your product: 5 to 7 days (Monday to Sunday)
Delivery time including production: 6 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday)

Shipment tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your order on our website or on the shipping provider's website using the tracking number.
Lost or damaged items:
Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us a photo as proof. We will work immediately to find a solution. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will get in touch with the shipping provider to locate your package or send you a replacement.
Cancellation:
Order cancellation is possible as long as the products are still being processed. However, once the order is in production or being shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, as these are custom-made products. This does not apply to products that are not personalized.
Change of address:
The customer is obligated to verify the accuracy of the provided delivery address before completing the order. We accept no liability for incorrect or incomplete address information.
